Pacific Villas is a group of houses that seek to generate a community that can enjoy the natural environment of Guanacaste. Each of the different houses show a modern and minimalist design, which seeks an openness to the outdoor areas of each of its lots. Combining materials such as concrete, bronze aluminum, black metal, wood and different shades of paint, they generate a warm atmosphere in their interiors. The houses Jacaranda, Jalapa, Dalia, Almendro and Guaria each have three comfortable bedrooms, indoor and outdoor social space, swimming pool and the different amenities necessary for a unique stay.
