Modular design inspired by metal containers. Its configuration allows it to be duplicated to offer multiple room options. Three design options are contemplated:

-Type 1 (single): bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
-Type 2 (double): two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.
-Type 3 (social): four bedrooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms and a social area.
