With a constructed area of ​​approximately 280 m² spread over three levels, Casa Ryzman subtly blends into its natural surroundings through modern tropical architecture that blends seamlessly with its surroundings.

The main level is organized in an open, functional layout, with the living room, dining room, and kitchen in close connection with the outdoor terrace and pool area, creating a fluid transition between the interior and the landscape. On this same level are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bathroom, designed to promote both privacy and a visual connection to the outdoors.

The lower level, conceived as a more introspective area, houses two bedrooms with their respective private bathrooms, offering a quiet and sheltered refuge from the rest of the house.

On the third level, a yoga shala crowns the project, offering a contemplative space open to a privileged view of the natural surroundings. This piece culminates the spatial experience of the house, integrating body, architecture, and landscape into a single atmosphere.

Ryzman House represents an exercise in synthesis between structure, materiality, and climate, adopting a respectful stance toward the site and proposing a lifestyle closely linked to nature.
